Grünwalderhof is a long-standing member of Tiroler Wirtshauskultur (Tyrolean tavern culture association) and we are proud to proclaim: “It’s from here”. We fuse traditional values, hospitality, and a love of Tyrolean food. We attach particular importance to the freshness, quality, and origin of our food.
We source our products from local businesses in order to minimize delivery times. We also care about our ecological footprint. When it comes to fish and meat, we rely on local farms that guarantee species-appropriate animal husbandry. For us, taste and sustainability go hand in hand.
In our restaurant, you can expect a fusion of hearty Tyrolean tradition and the finest Italian delicacies. With fresh herbs from our garden, bacon and cheese from Tyrol and South Tyrol, and cranberries straight from the mountains, our versatile, regularly changing menu consists of seasonal and regional products, which we prepare for you with great attention to detail.

With sweet, savory, and hearty dishes, our breakfast menu is everything you could wish for. From the kitchen or directly from the buffet. Of course, everything is freshly prepared.
Breakfast is included for our hotel guests. Daily from 7:30 AM to 10 AM.

How about a nice glass of fine wine? Our wine list includes a large selection of excellent wines from winegrowers in Austria and Italy. We feature an exciting range of around 400 wines from the VINORIBIS wine cellar as well as from several winegrowers in our circle of friends and extended family, and the Morandell winery.
